3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed in order to respond to enquiries and, where a service relationship follows, to arrange and document a site assessment, prepare a proposal, and administer any resulting installation or service contract. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RODO), being the performance of steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, or the performance of a contract already concluded. Where cookies requiring consent are used, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) RODO, namely the consent of the data subject. Certain data may also be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, being the legitimate interest of the administrator in maintaining accurate business records and responding to enquiries.
4. Period of Data Retention
Personal data associated with a completed enquiry that does not proceed to a service relationship is retained for a period reasonably necessary to respond to any follow-up questions, and is not retained indefinitely. Personal data associated with an active service contract, including commissioning reports and service history, is retained for the duration of that contractual relationship and for a further period afterward as required for accounting, warranty or legal purposes under Polish law. Cookie-related data is retained according to the retention periods described in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data is not sold or made available for third-party marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to entities providing IT hosting, email or accounting services to Rogeho, acting as data processors under written agreements consistent with Article 28 RODO, and to public authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses cookies for technical, analytical and functional purposes as described in detail in the separate Cookie Policy available at cookies.html. Consent for non-essential cookies is requested through a consent banner displayed on first visit, and preferences may be changed at any time through the mechanism described there.

Where a service provider used by Rogeho is located outside the EEA, any such transfer is carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of RODO, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
Under RODO, a data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure of data where applicable grounds exist, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
9. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Rogeho does not use personal data collected through this website for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning a data subject or similarly significantly affects them.
10. Security Measures
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including access controls on internal systems and secure handling of correspondence containing personal data.
11. Complaints and Contact
